In the midst of a breathtaking 360° mountain panorama and close to Lake Achensee and the Christlum ski area, 28 luxury holiday apartments are being built. The former hotel "Sportpension Geisler" is being transformed into a first-class holiday residence by extensive and complete renovation of the core, conversion and extension. This dream 4* plus residence has all the amenities that modern apartments can offer. Built in an elegant alpine style, the apartment building has luxuriously furnished one and two bedroom apartments. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
Underfloor heating, vinyl or parquet floors, electric blinds, rain shower enclosures, towel rails, exclusive bathroom fittings, quality tiles and triple glazed wood-aluminium windows are standard. Each apartment also has at least one spacious terrace with plenty of seating space. Some apartments also have their own garden. A spacious ski room offers ski racks, changing benches and private ski boot warmers for each apartment. The bike room is perfectly adapted to the needs of guests with electric bikes, thanks to the ample electrical connections. At Carport, private three-phase connections (high voltage current) are available for each apartment for charging electric vehicles. There will also be 2 public fast charging machines for guests and visitors.
The building is equipped with a passenger elevator. Each apartment has a basement cubicle. Heating is provided by Achenkirch district heating, which ensures extremely low energy costs. Leisure activities such as hiking, cycling or cross-country skiing can start right at the house. The bus and ski bus stop is only about 100 metres away. A parking space or carport must be purchased (see price list). For 2-bedroom apartments, a separate outdoor parking space must also be purchased.
The apartment is intended for tourist rentals and cannot be lived in permanently or used only for your own purposes!
