A spacious ski room offers ski racks, changing benches and private ski boot warmers for each apartment. The bike room is perfectly adapted to the needs of guests with electric bikes, thanks to the ample electrical connections. At Carport, private three-phase connections (high voltage current) are available for each apartment for charging electric vehicles. There will also be 2 public fast charging machines for guests and visitors.

The building is equipped with a passenger elevator. Each apartment has a basement cubicle. Heating is provided by Achenkirch district heating, which ensures extremely low energy costs. Leisure activities such as hiking, cycling or cross-country skiing can start right at the house. The bus and ski bus stop is only about 100 metres away.
