According to the current price list, the prices are valid until 31 December 2026. 

Each apartment must also be purchased together with a parking space. Depending on availability, an outdoor parking space costs EUR 10,800 including VAT, while a garage space costs EUR 31,200 including VAT. 

Professional tourist rental management

The apartments are specifically intended for tourist rental. Marketing, rental management and guest services are planned to be handled by a professional agency specialising in luxury properties. This gives investors access to a professional rental structure without having to manage the day-to-day holiday rental operation themselves.

Based on the planned rental concept, a minimum expected return of approximately 5% is anticipated. Actual returns will depend on occupancy, achieved rental rates, operating costs and other economic factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
