The SUITE Seefeld Lodges consist of eight unique chalets, inspired by the charming Olympic village of Seefeld and embody timeless luxury in the enchanting Tyrolean landscape. Each chalet is an architectural highlight, where noble materials such as wood and natural stone blend harmoniously with the surroundings, while pure comfort is hidden behind elegant facades.
Particularly noteworthy is the use of furnishings from world-renowned brand manufacturers. Each chalet has a sophisticated lighting concept, designer lamps from Occio, boxspring beds from Setra that can also be found in luxury Ritz Carlton hotels, designer chairs from Freifrau, custom-made kitchens and kitchen appliances from Siemens and much more... quality that makes the difference...
The chalets offer a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. When you step inside, you immediately notice the open plan concept and the size of the first floor which includes the kitchen, dining and living room. This open design creates a cozy atmosphere in each unit for communal dining and social gatherings. Access to the private south-facing terrace and garden invite you to relax outdoors and offer beautiful views of the Tyrolean mountains. On this floor you will also find a guest toilet and a private sauna, ideal for moments of relaxation after a day of outdoor activities.
An open staircase leads to the two bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and private access to the balcony. These private retreats provide comfort and plenty of privacy for each guest.
Each chalet has an equipment room that can accommodate bikes, skis and is equipped with a ski boot dryer. A private parking space is available in front of the house.
Chalet hire is provided by PEAK STAY, a locally renowned agency known for the high quality of its services. This investment forecasts an attractive return of 4 to 6% p.a..
