For those looking for peace and quiet and a clean environment, we offer 10 new chalets that are currently under construction in the picturesque village of Möschach. The resort is only 10km from the famous Weißensee lake and 15km from the popular ski resort of Nassfeld.
The chalets will be built by a local builder with 50 years of tradition, in typical Carinthian style using natural materials.
The chalets can be purchased with the status of leisure use (Zweitwohnsitz) without the need for a tourist rental. If you are interested in tourist rentals, a professional agency is available, offering a complete service and about 5% annual return. When purchasing a chalet for tourist rental, it is possible to apply for a VAT refund on the purchase price of the property at the local tax office.
