The resort consists of 15 Chalets and one large Wellness. The apartment will be rented by a local professional agency.

The apartment is dominated by a living room with a dining room and an open kitchen. From the living room there is access to the terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. There are also
two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

The apartment has a spacious cellar. Parking is arranged in front of the house. The complex has its own reception, indoor swimming pool and spa.

The resort is located only 100 metres from the ski lifts and the centre of Rauris. Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes' walk away.
The village of Rauris is world-famous for the World Gold Prospecting Championships, the occurrence of eagles and the highest weather station in Austria.
In the winter, the Rauriser Hochalmbahn ski area invites you
for winter fun. There are 40 km of groomed trails for cross-country skiing enthusiasts.
In summer, Rauris is famous for hiking tours in the Hohe Tauern National Park.
